    Drilling a lid for an airlock grommet

    This was a favourite trick when plumbing up a roof tank etc, heat up a piece of copper pipe of the right size with the blow lamp and push it through the tank ,quick and a neat hole which just needed de-burring on the inside .

    My last Secret Santa , a Belgium Blonde , Wow, this is fantastic , slightly spicy ,bubblegum flavours (this is the first time i have tasted these ) with a slightly dry ,fruity finish ,delicious ! I would love to see the recipe for this especially the yeast that was used , Thank you

    Here is my first secret Santa ,a Golden ale, it opened with a nice pssst and poured with a lovely head and a nice level of carbonation The taste is slightly sweet to start ,with slight orange notes, and low bitterness on the finish ,a cracking ale that i really enjoyed , thank you
