I have just done a bit more digging, and it seems that my first figure is wrong ,for 250ml of concentrate you would add 450g of raisins etc :)

It seems that you would just add the equal weight in sultanas,so 250g

I see with delivery, for 15kg this is nearly £70 , that will get you at least 50kg of grain ,maybe worth thinking about all grain ?
