out of curiosity, just checked my brew and it's at 1010 so will check tomorrow and if it's still at 1010 - i take it that i bottle (after only 7 days) or shall i leave it another week? :wha:

Just purchased this as my "first" homebrew experiment - i say first loosely as i tried about 15 years ago and failed miserably! Now armed with the correct equipment and guidance from the internet, here i am! Started fermenting 6 days ago so as per instructions it should be ready to bottle (!)...
