I like this, for a supermarket shelf DIPA it's pretty good. My fave has gotta be Salt Ikat though!.

So, looking round the net at the above, there's the usual GF etc 20 litre. For a similar price I can get a 30 litre Cygnet unit, are they pretty much the same? I'm thinking the larger capacity would be better. Thoughts?

Great thread this👍 Barrel aged high abv stouts (and barley wines) are my favourite beers. Once I've got my AG equipment sorted, I'll be trying one.

I emailed Solent plastics about these when I was looking at storage, they are not food safe. I went with the stackable blue drums.

Hi, joined up a few days ago and have been busy reading some threads. Lots more reading to do! New to home brewing, have successfully done a wherry kit, into a pressure barrel, which is almost gone, and have a Beerworks winter warmer kit in the FV as of yesterday. Expect a lot of questions...
