cheers guys, :cheers: its been a while coming now, the biggest investment that i hadnt considered until now is the relentless brewing i have done as practise, its my 3rd year brewing and I'm sure i have done about 200 brew days, i consider only my last 8-10 commercial quality. so alot of money...

i havnt made any living from it so far just an expensive time consuming money pit so far, but almost ready to make some money, the whole business has cost about 5k to get off the ground including the 1bbl pilot and 4bbl micro. visitors welcome :cheers:

got these 2 650l fermenters arrived today from ajp hereford they also jacketed them for me with copper pipe to regulate temp, apparently i got mates rates for some unknown reason but i aint complaining, £720 each. I feel like SWMBO just had twins :)

my preference is to put it in coolest possible place with finings, clear for 24-48 hrs then bottle, my practice in effort to have as little yeast in bottles as possible,
