    Thanks for reply but (strangely) my water supplier is Southern Water (not South Eastern as you would expect). Buried in their website is an analysis with loads of stuff in it, but does not have the necessary bits to plug into the (Most excellent) water treatment calculator. Cheers, Nat

    Hi all, going for our first AG brew on Monday and have been trying to find an up to date water report for my area. I am notoriously inept with a computer and my several days of searching on-line has only come up with one for 2004. Can anyone tell me where to get an up to date one? TIA, Nat :roll:

    I did enquire as to whether anyone might come looking for them and was assured they are legitimate, there are no brewery markings on them. I will TRY to post some pics when set up is finished, but the only camera I own is on my 'phone and I am legendarilly inept with computers :roll:

    Many thanks for the warm welcome! Had a bit of luck last night, went to try out a newly opened micro-pub and got chatting to a chap who kindly donated 6 stainless firkins to the cause :thumb:

    Hi to all, my buddy and I have been brewing from malt extract kits for some time now and are in the process of gathering kit to go over to grain. We've got a HLT and boiler, and are awaiting delivery of a mash tun, should be capable of 20 gallon brew lengths. I have converted part of my cellar...
