    The building of MD's Wraith Brewery

    Followed your design for twin coils and it colls a 5 gal jobby in no time. Got all the dive gear but no bottles so ended up using two old fire extinguishers, left me a little on the nervous side, one false move etc. :D Want to see the sparry grass kettle when made up please :) JP

    Quick off the mark beers

    My first AG bitter ( MO plus a little crystal and torri wheat with S04) was fermenting from Saturday to thursday, by the following monday was reasonably clear, ie small haze and by wednesday ( tonight ! ) fully clear and mellowing to quite drinkable. 11 days, I was very surprised.
