    Wanting to try a Festival kit as they get really good reviews, although not sure which one!     its more the storage of the finished beer rather than the fermenting. i can bottle 20 pints worth just not 40 unless i buy some more bottles. Just fancied getting this one on the go ready for christmas. Might go for the Smugglers ale if that doesnt have seperate hops.

    Do all the Brewfierm belgian beers need a long maturation? (and how long is 'long?!) or are there any that can be drunk relatively soon after brewing. Am tempted by one of these: Grand Cru, Triple, Abbey or Diablo but i see the abbey one say needs a long maturation on the brewferm website...

    Hi, just decided to get back into brewing again after too many years (20) away from it! Anyway i need to start getting some new kit as i no longer have my own stuff. Just going to start with a couple of decent tins (probably a Festival one as they seem to get good reports, and a Belgian beer...
