Update. All is I imagine it should be. its bubbling at a rate of knots. My only worries now at this stage as suggested are was it sterilised enough. fingers crossed

Will do. Got it started earlier. lol there's a litre of apple juice in it. When I brew poison it won't be cos I didn't try not to. :-D :-D
