    Hi, I've had a coopers ginger beer fermenting for 3 weeks now. Which started off really slow. I've take a reading today and yesterday which are the same, just above 1000, looks like 1001. but it's still bubbling every few minutes. My question is, is it safe to bottle?

It seems to be more active if it's at 25 / 27c , if I switch the heat pad off and let it temperature drop to 21ish it again become painfully slow. I'll stick...
