Hi all I'm due to start a wheat beer soon(4 gallon imperial) using Wyeast Weistaphaner, does anyone know how much dme i would need for this to achieve 5.2% abv or there abouts. Would it be about 5-6 lbs of dme that i would require. I'm a bit unsure on how to estimate how much dme i will need...

Thanks for that Aleman. I'm not too bothered about getting it up 5 imperial gallons, as long as the amount of water is correct for the ingredients/recipe that's fine.
