Just about to do this after a mate was getting all dewy-eyed about Whitbread's PR but suprised as to the hop quotient: this is gonna be one bitter beer (55-60 IBU)! Thoughts anyone? Should I tame it a bit (ie back off on the bittering and increase aroma) or did PR taste like that...
