    Stout advice needed.

    Hello, i have had a coopers stout kit in my fv for 11 days and the gravity is 1018 which it has been for a couple of days now. is this low enough to bottle or should i wait a bit longer? The bubbles have stopped coming through the air lock and there is no foam on top. Please help. thanks.

    Had to go with the coopers stout in the end as it was all my lhbs had in. hope its ok. gonna start the brew tomorrow.

    Christmas Lager ....suggestions and idea's

    hello. I'm quite new to ths and ive only done a few kits but i can recomend Coopers European lager kit. This takes around 12 weeks to condition so should be ready around the start of december. Happy brewing.
