    Atomic Lemon 19/9/08

If you want to bottle condition and not use a sweetener, you will have to used a non-fermentable sugar (Lactose ??) otherwise you will run the risk of exploding bottles by bumping up the sugar level.

    Atomic Lemon 19/9/08

May I say again many thanks to falafael for pointing me towards llannige's original post on Atomic Lemon as I was intrigued by this recipe. Problems with in line beer chiller

Firstly, thanks for the replies I have had so far, I am currently playing with my chiller and will have to post a few more questions. The TRM006 is a very compact unit and does not contain a fan, so from the small amount of info I have obtained from the manufactures website it dose not require...

Problems with in line beer chiller

I have brought a cheap chiller from e-bay. It’s an Alumasc Trimmer, model no. TRM006, brand new, but no operating instructions. It’s a single line model and has standard John Guest fittings for beer in and out. It also has s/steel water in and water out connections about 12 to 15 mm dia...

I need help in the next couple of days

Thanks for the comments Instinct must have told me to gently stir up the bitter to suspend the yeast in the brew, hoping that some vestige of life still exists within it. Unfortunately I am too late to order a new yeast today, but will do that tomorrow and keep some in hand. The elderflower...

    Liquor treatment help required

Hi Aleman I am a chemist and run a lab myself. I don't know what you requested when you submitted a sample of your water to the lab for testing (ha! ha! :D ), but I think they might have assumed you were a commercial brewer. Let me have your test report and I will comment if I can. (free of...
