What yeast are you using? we brew at whatever ambient temp the garage is (since it is steady and wont fluctuate much) this time of year using nottingham yeast our beers ferment dry down to 10c ambient. As the poster above mentioned, other yeasts will stall fermentation, so its worth doing a...
