    What next?

Not proper demijohns but the big plastic water bottles. Not sure how long it should take to fully clear but looks drinkable just now, at least to me. I have some bottles that would be suitable for carbonation, do you need a proper priming sugar or would normal granulated sugar do?

    What next?

My first batch of turbo is finished I have transferred it to a new bottle to get rid of the yeast. I would like to carbonate it but not sure when to do or how to do it. If I am honest I would like to drink it as soon as possible but if its worth leaving a few weeks I suppose I could force...

No activity whatsoever on the turbo cider overnight whilst my other batch is frothing and bubbling away added some more yeast to see if it will kick in to action.

    Turbo cider, how much yeast?

My first attempt at turbo cider, how much yeast would you use in a 5ltr water bottle. I bought wilkos wine yeast and I have yeast nutrient. Would you use the full pack or tsp and same with yeast nutrient. Thanks in advance.

is my wine for the bin?

Definitely impatient, the last batch went down a treat and I'm on my last 5 litres and don't want to have to go back to buying from the shop again now that I see how cheap it is to make your own.

is my wine for the bin?

Only put the stabiliser and finings in last night. Maybe I am being a bit impatient but the last batch didn't do this and had almost cleared within a day.

is my wine for the bin?

The lumps are dark looking and look like they are suspended in a thin froth at the top if that makes sense. The wine smells fine IMO but the lumps don't look like they should be there. I have a picture but can't get it to upload

is my wine for the bin?

I am on my second batch of wine from the range, and although I have done the same as the first one I have lumps floating on the top during the clearing process as well as sediment on the bottom. The wine smells OK but the lumps don't look good. Can't seem to upload pictures.
