    Keg That Giveaway!

Has to be the Hoppy APA This is the best beer kit I've made to date and I've made about 15 different IPA and APA kits from the well known providers. I made the Hazy IPA at the same time and in my opinion it's not as exciting as this APA. I like the sweetness that is similar to a NEIPA or Neck Oil.

Youngs American Amber Ale - Under pressure and kegging?

Ok great, I will give it a go at 10 PSI and be on the low side of the PSI until I get used to the spunding valve. This will be my first brew in a pressure fermenter. I got the Blowtie splunding valve kit and I hope this will be more accurate than the other type. Thanks

Youngs American Amber Ale - Under pressure and kegging?

Hi @ChilledGecko, did you ever pressure ferment this Youngs AAA and at what pressure? I've been googling the Newcastle yeast but no info on recommended pressure. I'm thinking 5 PSI for 3-4 days (to be safe and not stop the estrogens) and then increase to 10 psi. Keeping the temp at 22 C (72 F)...
