Ok thanks guys. I wasn't sure how much sugar to add because there is no info on the bottles about the natural sugar content. I have had a go at a few wows. I made a orange and exotic fruit and orange and cherry. I bottled them yesterday and must say I'm very impressed how they turned out.

Just been shopping in my local asda and found 5 bottles of James whites organic apple and ginger juice in the reduced section. I've had a little taste and it taste really good. So I'm thinking about making it into wine. I'm not sure on the amount of sugar to add and would this need to be boiled...
