when you put it in to a clear demi john do you still put a air lock on it ? or not ?

il give it ago . the turbo cider i have in the demi johns bubbleing well. not shaw when to rack it in to bottles. do i do it when it stops bubbleing in the air lock ?? thanks for replying.

how much are the starter kits ish as the one i saw that im on about was about 15 pound. so im gussesing thats just the brew as such. so will breed yeast work or not or is it no good at all. just i got loads and loads in cupboard lol :hmm:
