    Help with ODL Lierna regulator

I cannot be of much help in disassembling or servicing, but I am going to ask an obvious question.... why not send it back if it is new? Failing that, why not contact ODL?

    iSpindel - digital WiFi hydrometer

Thanks chaps, yes I think it's the one on the gyro. Obviously neither of you have suffered any ill effects from it being there. I think the chap I mentioned painted it to stop the beer being exposed to light, which is why I wanted to check before I just dunked it in there for a week or so only...

    iSpindel - digital WiFi hydrometer

Hi all, I have been searching on google and this forum to find out if anyone has had any issue with the green LED being on all the time in the fermenter? I see that one chap on youtube says he covers his with black paint, but there seems to be no other references to it being...

Remove burr from inside copper pipe

Thanks for all the helpful replies chaps! I'm not yet used to the fact I have to check this forum, I got lazy relying on being emailed to say I had a reply on other forums. I have a round file and needle files, dowel and sandpaper. So will probably use a combo of those. I note that no one...

Remove burr from inside copper pipe

@Buffers brewery What a good idea! wish I had thought of that before buying all the copper! Do the beads not sometimes end up blocking the tap hole? @Subtle Duck Yes, good point, perhaps I worry too much. I'll just go for it and hope for the best!

Remove burr from inside copper pipe

Remove burr from inside copper pipe

Hi all, I have cut up the 15mm copper pipe for my manifold and read that a number of people have used a 1mm angle grinder disk to cut the slots, great idea because it'll take much less time than a hacksaw, but it seems to leave a big burr inside the pipe. Anyone know of a good (easy!) way to...

    New to all this...

Thank you to you all for the warm welcome! @Gerryjo Thanks for the links. I had found the MM Hobgoblin kit, along with the MM Doom Bar kit, the other website looks to have many interesting things.. more to read! Out of interest, I called MM about the Doom Bar kit and they told me it was for...

    New to all this...

Hi all, So I thought I would just say hello, which I have never done on a forum before... Not that I am a member of many. I'm just starting out home brewing and thought I'd jump right in at the deep end and go all grain from the get go. I have bought a used peco boiler, a bunch of FV's, my...
