    can someone confirm if this sequence is correct please: 1 finish fermenting 2 rack onto campden and wine stabiliser 3 degass 4 leave to clear or is the stabiliser added to the initial fermenter and then racked, degassed and left to clear? thanks

    kopparberg style cider kits!

    Not done this kit, but wine kits (Beaverdale def) often come in the plastic pouches and they are quite sturdy. They recommend that you pour warm to hot water inside to get as much as possible out. It takes a couple of fillings, but as I guess you are topping up with water anyway there...
