    I just bottled this and couldn't resist having a little sip of it before the final bottle. To me it tasted a little sour and wasnt that pleasant at all? Could it be infected with a nasty bacteria or was it just expecting it to be too sweet?

    I just started my second one of these after the first went crazy and popped the lid of my FV off over night, spewing beer all over my garage! I managed to contain this one with a blow off tube which took most of the pressure away and it seems to have calmed down now after 36hrs or so...
