    Hi, Did you use these containers? I have some 25l HDPE barrels, they contained Deionized water, I do not know if they are food grade, is there a way to find out? Would the be safe to use? Thanks, Sue

    All my recipes are on my blog!! For the wine, I do tend to use Berry a lot! But basic mead is 1kg BBerries. 3, 4 or 5lb honey depending on how sweet you like it, and 15g citric acid.

    Help re plum wine please

    I pour hot water onto mine, basically a few minutes after it has boiled. Not had a problem with clearing.
