A glass of lambic the brewer said it’s carbed to 10psi but that’s a bit low for my taste so I put the gas on the beer out line and gave it a shake for 10 mins (key keg) but it needs a day or so to come up a bit. Lovely complex lambic.

Then with 'dinner',
that's if cauliflower cheese with bacon bits and baked potatoes qualifies.
An accidentally aged Beaujolais Villages.
I had to decant through the crystallised deposit cap that was under the cork.
Skin tannin grip, with deep red fruit, not quite but nearly a Burgundy.
It probably wouldn't have kept any longer.
Just right and such a lucky good match.
The 2nd image was AFTER rinsing out with tap water!
I've never seen anything like that before.
