My Brew is bubbling away nicely the bubbles in the airlock are about a minute apart now I did make a mistake not checking the gravity at the start it’s on the number 20 have no idea what this means I’ve just ordered a heat mat and got me a king keg pb I never knew you needed so much stuff when should I transfer the brew into the pb

Welcome!
I do a lot of brews without taking the gravity reading, can't be bothered. Always comes out fine. Main thing is cleanliness and patience, don't keep lifting the lid... Also the airlock isn't a reliable indicator of activity, even when there are no bubbles after 3-5 days there's still fermentation. Many here tend to leave the brew to ferment for up to a fortnight. Best not to rush.

I might have bee a little excited and just couldn’t wait I now know what to do for the next one I also added co2 into the pressure instead of watching utube and seeing the correct way it’s down to 13psi beers way to foam what did I expect on the plus side it tastes amazing at peters cream stout any tips

The hardest thing to learn is patience. Well it was for me..

Regular use of the ‘new posts’ & search function are a great way of learning things you didn’t know you wanted to know, it can also prove expensive

Best tip I can give is get another one on asap. You can get around being impatient by always having a beer or 2 fermenting while you are drinking 1 or 2. Then when one is finished the next one is ready 😁
