Agreed, but they won't loose their careers as crap managers will they.!!
I don't think that this would come under employment law as he won't be employed as such but under contract.Employment law is not the same as criminal law so they can rightly sight gross misconduct and terminate employment if they can show a pattern of behaviour with continued breach of policy
