I've got a kegland kegerator and it came with beer line which I'm using. It's fine for my pale ale at 12psi, but I want to serve my pilsner at a higher psi but I then get half foam when I increase the pressure to 25psi. I'm wondering, do I need a longer beer line if I'm serving at a higher pressure?
 
25PSI is very high.

Unless you are storing your beer at 11.5C or higher you’ll have a carbonation volume of more than 3, and you really want to keep lagers colder and have around 2.5 volumes of CO2.

As said above, diameter and length is crucial. I've found a lot of the online calculators are a bit shy on the length. The one on kegerators.com is the closest I've found. For the record, I am currently using 4mm ID by 8mm (5/16") OD EVA Barrier hose at (currently) 2.5m length. I may have to cut that back to around 2m as I'm getting pint pours in excess of 10 seconds. Pressure is set at 12psi.

I use 2m of 3/16” and have no problems with fobbing, even with high carbonation, but the pour is a touch slower than I’d like.

Problem is that it only bothers me when I am drinking the beer, then I forget all about it until the next time, so never get round to cutting them 😂
 
The other thing I've discovered is that regulator manometers are often very variable in their accuracy. Especially at the lower pressures < 20psi. Until I got a digital one, I could be setting what I thought was 12psi only to find it was actually 18psi.
