In all honesty not up to the Monkfish, my mistake.

A selection of brews for me. In the keg is a hazelnut brown ale that I am not happy with. Had to use a substitute extract and it isn't fit for purpose. Now trying to get a refund for the 90ml of liquid **** that I don't want. The Kernel export was a good find today. Lifted 4 off the shelf but now regret not clearing the shelf.
Not a fan of this seems more beer flavoured.

Forgotten I still had a few bottles of this and it’s pretty good.

I've 60 litres of lager down here in Stirling to keg ... I'm fine whatever the weather I reckon. Bit annoyed to find that while away number 1 son has been drinking the contents of my brewery but not topping up the CO2 so the beer is flat now.Cheers up HB,

Also spent the day trying to catch up on the HW cereals and malting course and watching tutorials on lab analytics on beer.

It's reusing a coffee filter 'cos I like the mocha flavour it adds to a wine.
Meanwhile back to reality,
2nd preprandial beer is my Camden Pale Ale clone.
