Hi,
Many thanks for accepting me into the forum. I recently got into all grain brewing and am looking to learn more. My preference is pale ale, bitter, and stout in the colder months. As I have a love for cask ale, I have recently ordered some 4.5 gallon pins. Fingers crossed I’ll manage to learn a few things along the way.
