Cleaned my lines so thought I would try the saison. Really like the yeast profile from WHC Farmhouse Fibes.

15 y/o Henriques & Henriques Verdelho Madeira.
Lovely medley of Seville orange Marmalade, raisins and figgyness.
A few cashews and potato crisps on the side.
Not drinking their own homebrew,A couple of Golden Bitter followed by a Bass clone.
