Hi folks, been doing a bit of brewing recently and I'm in need of both knowledge and new gear, so here I am on your forum
I've currently got a "dark ale" fermenting out of leftovers (4.4kg fresh Maris Otter, 400g old black malt, 200g old crystal malt, some old East Kent Goldings - a black IPA? No idea what you'd call it!) to get back into the routine of BIAB. Last year I had some issues with stuck fermentation due to the cold, so I've got an Inkbird 308 on the way to help through winter as well.
