Hello,

Is anyone else having this issue with their hop plants?

I have a Cascade and a Goldings. So one American and one uk strain.
I noticed a few flowers (male) on the cascade. I read up on this and it is common to get a few flowers when the plant gets stressed, due to the weather I expect.
However now the plant is just covered in flowers and very few cones.
I had quite good crop off of it last year so the plant is definitely a female.

I don't usually even start looking at my hops until late August, the cones develop very late and rapidly. So I've just had a look at my 3 plants and they're all like yours.

Don't worry, I reckon you'll have cones starting to develop in about a month's time.
