Adapting CO2 regulator to 70:30 Beer Gas bottle

I've been using CO2 to carbonate and serve beer for just over a year and would like to try a 70:30 Nitrogen / CO2 mix, mainly because we can't get any CO2 right now where I live. I have however sourced a great big bottle of this Beer Gas, but it uses a different regulator connection. A quick search reveals a multitude of adapters such as this one which look as though they might fit - at least from looking at a dedicated Nitrogen regulator - but I'd appreciate a heads-up from somebody who's been here and still wears that T-shirt.
 
It's much safer to get a specific mixed gas regulator. The cylinders are under massive amounts of pressure, I personally wouldn't want to mess around with an adapter and a Co2 regulator.

I have the data sheet from the regulator manufacturer, the regulator is suitable for CO2, N2 and mixed gasses.

It is a 250bar regulator and the gas bottle is 180bar.

That's what you need to know! "Will the regulator handle it". 180BAR for the mixed gas cylinder? You only get about 57BAR out of a CO2 cylinder; at that pressure the gas is turning to liquid and the pressure can't increase. Hence CO2 is sold by weight, not pressure and volume.

If somehow your regulator + "adapter" disconnects itself from a bottle with the valve fully open the bottle can quickly go walkabout unless well secured. Brick walls don't stop them either.
