I have no way to pressure ferment, for a few years now I simply ferment in plastic bucket or the heater controlled Kegland bucket buddy.
Straight into a corny keg (no pressure transfer), 12psi of Co2 in circa 12 degrees of ambient temperature. Purged a few times, then left for 2 weeks...
Well this is phenomenal!
Starts off as Espresso Martini, 15 seconds later it's coco pops, 10 seconds later it's kellogg's with milk.
One of the best I have had!

I am in my 40s and love to try different beers went out in pubs, occasionally finishing on my regular favourites.
