The kreusen produced looks very healthy in the picture, be interesting to hear how that kit turns out

@grady for kits, if using tap water i would always suggest Harris pure brew, it does help with removing some twang. failing that, use Tesco bottled water or brew darker beer kits (stout and porter) as it really helps mask any twang flavours

Hi All I have no way to pressure ferment, for a few years now I simply ferment in plastic bucket or the heater controlled Kegland bucket buddy. Straight into a corny keg (no pressure transfer), 12psi of Co2 in circa 12 degrees of ambient temperature. Purged a few times, then left for 2 weeks...

Well this is phenomenal! Starts off as Espresso Martini, 15 seconds later it's coco pops, 10 seconds later it's kellogg's with milk. One of the best I have had! Three Hills Brewing- Breakfast Stout (Can)
