Hi all,
I'm currently on my first ever brew (Beavertown Gamma Ray) and hit a bit of a snag, finding out the hydrometer is broken
Has anyone used this yeast before and have a rough idea of fermentation times please?
I've fermented my 10L liquor for 6 days at 20'c and noticed the krausen has subsided and liquor a nice clear tan colour.
Some websites I read have said this is the time to dry hop, when the krausen subsides, but maybe I'm being too gung ho and should wait at least 10 days?
