Brewing now. Full volume mash. Should have been 48l but I mashed with 54l (mis-read the total volume including grain).

Aiming for 42l in fermenter. 9.2 kg grain bill.1.049 target OG.

Should I do a 90 min boil instead of the 60 mins planned to reduce the volume? Might help lose another 1.5l?

I guess it will be a weaker beer. I could up the hopping I suppose?
 
Did a 90 min boil. Ended up with 43L at 1.050.
I think I need so more gas!
