This is likely my next kit. Its been sitting waiting to go, and I'll get it on in the All Rounder once my muntons hazy is kegged.
Any tips for this one? Should I avoid pressure for the fermentation and just go with a blow off? Any recommendations for temperature? I have pretty good control in the brew fridge

I did this kit before and it was a lovely brew. My brother in law drank most of it on me. I made it up with 1Kg of wheat dry spray malt. A blow off tube would be a good idea for the first 2-3 days. The initial fermentation is very active. If you like a Wheat Beer try the Wit or Wit out you kit from the Bruphoria range from The Homebrew Company. Amazing beer. I am currently drinking a Festival Weiss beer and the Bruphoria Wit beer, the Wit beer is beautiful.

Thanks for the tip for wheat spray malt. I'm passing my local homebrew shop in Colchester this week so will pick some up!
