High initial SG

Carrot wine today.
1800g carrot
900g sugar
Added 750g of sultana instead of 340g !!
Citric acid 2 tap

Not added yeast yet. Temp is cooling down from 34° at the moment.
Took a SG reading at it's so high.

Advice please.

I'm not a wine maker so this is based on beer brewing practices, but can you dilute by adding some water that has been boiled and then cooled?

Decided to bump of the volume with another 1800g of carrot liquor. There should be enough sugar in it !!
