Citric acid 2 tap Not added yeast yet. Temp is cooling down from 34° at the moment. Took a SG reading at it's so high. See picture. Advice please. Click to expand... Thanks. Appreciate that advice. Decided to bump of the volume with another 1800g of carrot liquor. There should be enough sugar in it !!
