Hi all, I've been brewing since February. I've done 7 or so brews now, mostly pale ale and NEIPAs. I just upgraded my setup to A 35L Maischfest Mash Kettle and a 27L fermzilla gen 3 (both in the post) and I've also ordered all the bits to pressure ferment and serve with CO2 so I'm looking at making some milkshake ipa and German lager now! (I still need to find a cheap second hand fridge to stick in the shed).
