Hi everyone, my name is Dan and I'm a professional guitarist living in rural France. I love brewing beer and following the fermenting traditions I learn about here. Many of my more elderly neighbours only truly experienced alcohol through the efforts of their families as they were growing up. Making ciders, fruit wines and spirits was part of life here - I'm enjoying learning and trying to rekindle this spirit (in more ways than one). Thank you for your welcome.
