Been brewing on and off for several years now, but recent pub prices and quality have caused me to step up production. Still finishing off last autumns cider, and previous year's apple wine. Just finished a barrel of my own recipe session bitter, have Woodfords Admiral's Reserve in the other barrel, and 40 bottles of Cooper's European lager, both not ready to drink yet ho hum!! Also have a small quantity of an old victorian recipe IPA bubbling away in a demijon, which should be ready to bottle at the end of the week. Just wondering what to make for the now empty barrel!!!

Amps wines are still going strong, old Mr Amp has retired, but keeps an interest, it is mainly Phillip Amp that runs the show. :D
