I have 3 Dabenett trees at the allotment. They are supposed to be ready end of October/November. They have been falling for a month.
I’ve been collecting the good ones and mixing them with others.
I really want a single variety, just the Dabenett.
I tested one apple on the tree yesterday, came out at about 6 Brix, so I’ve decided to harvest and press them today and be dammed with it!
