planning a DME pilsner tomorrow. No grain involved, going to boil 1kg to aid teh hop additions and cool with my immersion chiller. teh rest of eth dme is going straight in teh fermenter unboiled..
do I need to put 1/4 a protofloc / irish moss in the boil to drop proteins or desnt that apply to extract?
