The fermentation is slowing and the SG is under 1.000 now, so I have moved the FV into the cool garage. I also managed a crafty sip from the trial jar and I was very suprised, no harshness at all and very 'lemony' so I presume that's the acidity showing through.
It's starting to clear and looks like it will have a pleasing colour, I'll probably rack it off sometime in the next week or so - more tasting then.
