Don't get paranoid it is not as critical as some make you believe. I have dry hopped for years and as long as you use common sense it generally will be ok. It is only when you get to do NEIPA's and large dryhops over 200. Just make sure you have good common sense procedures and sanitation

As long as the efficiency is reasonable do not chase it is my opinion. You can add slightly more grain to compensate however if your efficiency is well down you may need to look at your process or the recipe/grains used

Carry on jug sparging as the other methods may give you a few extra points but waste 1.5 hours of your life that you will never get back athumb..

I have used Aldi microwaveable rice many times with no ill effects and cornflakes too sometimes with them. The only downside is watch out for a stuck mash so add hulls

I use Ascorbic acid in the keg and unless you get off beer it is hard to quantify if it works but what I can say is I have some very hoppy beers and have never had a bad keg.

Motueka, Sabro and El Dorado all go in American IPA styles even Apollo at a push the Olicana is a one of the newer English style hops so good for a Pale or Golden Ale.

Your listening to too many scaremongers. Just dry hop and apply common sense to it - sanitise hop bags etc and do not be afraid to open the top just minimise the time and no splashing. unless you are doing massive dry hops or NEIPA's you will be ok.
