    Bulldog, Evil Dog Double IPA

Yeah you're right Graz. I think I've stressed them out as the temp has been all over the place recently. I've given it a swirrel as I don't really want to take the lid off and risk O2 getting in, especially since I've still to dry hop.

    Bulldog, Evil Dog Double IPA

Sitting at 1018, I'll check again tomorrow but the SG was 1060 so only looking like 5.5% which is a bit disappointing.

    Bulldog, Evil Dog Double IPA

Interestingly I brewed this on Sunday, very active fermentation since monday morning (could have been overnight) and this morning, which is less than 72 hours later no more bubbles. Bulldog, Evil Dog Double IPA

Old thread but just brewed this yesterday and pretty excited about it. Best Star SAN Alternative including all new Chemsan

Cheers! Cant even remember what beer that was! :laugh8: Yeah, well, I believe it's no-rinse as the residue is soda ash but I do usaully give most stuff a quick rinse with cold water, normally from a jug thats been sanitised too. It's super cheap, there's an Edinburgh company on eBay, got a KG...

Cooper Brew a IPA - stuck at 1022

Just checked my hydrometer and it's sitting bang on 1.000 in water... Not sure if this makes a difference but I'm taking the sample out the tap on the FV, should I be taking from top?
