    Crazy fermentation

    Hi all , Started a Festival New Zealand Pilsner yesterday and had to use a blow off tube as airlock was overwhelmed and thought blow off tube wasnt going to be enough . The problem is its come to a complete stop and the yeast hasnt been in for a day yet , whats happened ?

    Iv heard of people directing the co2 into greenhouses/ poly tunnel to increase plant production. It amazes me when i have a vigorous brew that there must be a way to harness the energy at the airlock ? Newbie so apologise if this has been discussed before.
