I have watched the video on Worzel‘s orange wine. In it he uses finings, as I have some ‘Protoflac‘ from beer brewing,can I use it for wine as a fining?

I have seen a few recipes on here for making fruit juice wines. I am new to brewing and have now progressed to all grain beer brewing. As you know home brewing is very addictive and therefore I want to try making wine now. I get the recipes, but I am not sure of the process. I assume that...
So yesterday I brewed a 23L batch of best bitter using all grains and boil in the bag method. I left it overnight and now the temperature is around 24 so today I am going to add the yeast and pray.
The wine from supermarket fruit juices looks interesting, I assume that you look for a pure juice...
