Well you could just as well do five brews from a single dry packet as well it’s just people don’t tend to bother.
For the OP: you would normally pitch 2 packets dry lager yeast in 23l.
This is quite an old thread but unless klarstein previously made/sold a smaller fermenter then the answer is no. The Brewtech is 25l (I have a lid only…) the Klarstein is 30l (I have the no bottom valve version). The brewtech would be a better overall option aside from the cost as it would fit...
Rare for me to drink this - wheat beer I made for my wife. CML crystalweizen and so clear you can see the accidental yeast pour from the end of the bottle.
Full volume no sparge you will probably not need extra grain. You will need a big BIAB bag and probably something to hold it off of the element at the base.
